Returns Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn item(s) in original condition. Please note the terms below to ensure a swift refund or exchange.

  • You must contact The Jewellery Fox within 7 days of receipt of the goods, via e-mail.

  • The cost of return shipping is not covered by The Jewellery Fox and remains the customer's responsibility.

  • Any refund will be less the original postage cost.

  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items.

  • We do not accept the return of bespoke items (unless faulty).

Refunds & Exchanges

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 21 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
